Thunderstorms force cancelled flights at Chicago airports.

Hazardous weather across Chicago this morning, Monday, 10 July is causing flight disruption at O’Hare International Airport. As of 0710 (local time) 29 flights had been cancelled with delays estimated at 43 minutes, whilst 44 flights at Midway International Airport have also been cancelled.

Scattered thunderstorms and heavy rain and hail are likely throughout the day, with the severe weather forecast to continue through to Wednesday.
