Today is the second day of a 48 hour strike by Southern Rail workers. The members of the RMT union have also planned several strikes throughout December which will have a significant effect on Southern Rail services. The dates proposed for the strikes are as follows:
Tuesday 6th December – Thursday 8th December
Thursday 22nd December to Saturday 24th December
Saturday 31st December to Monday 2nd January
Southern Rail are still finalising their plans for the strikes over the Christmas period, make sure to check their website before making any travel arrangements on these dates.
