Ryanair has announced that its summer flying schedule out of Newcastle International Airport will be its biggest yet.
Next year the company will launch three new routes to Faro, Girona and Palma, five new summer services to Gdansk, Lanzarote, Tenerife, Warsaw and Wroclaw (Poland), and increased flights to Alicante, Dublin and Malaga.
The investment is expected to see Ryanair grow its traffic out of Newcastle by more than 150 per cent.
