A four-day strike by French air traffic control began today Monday, 6 March, with around 4% of flights in France cancelled. The strike, called by the UNSA union, sees 300 flights cancelled, mostly in southern and western France.
Air France will see 20% of its flights disrupted, although have confirmed that 100% of its long-haul flights would operate as normal, along with 99% of its medium-haul flights.
EasyJet has had to cancel 38 scheduled flights.
Nice and Marseille airports expect to be hit tomorrow and the strike will continue across France until Friday, 10 March.
