Flights cancelled at Chicago airports as storms move through area

At 12.30pm yesterday, Thursday 3^rd August, a traffic management ground stop was issued for flights arriving at O’Hare International Airport due to weather and thunderstorms, the Federal Aviation Association said.

122 flights were cancelled at O’Hare and five flights cancelled at Midway International Airport, according to the Chicago Aviation Report.

Delays could extend through to early Friday.
