SNPNC, a union representing cabin crew at EasyJet, has announced plans to join the general strike taking place in France on Tuesday 9th October. The strike is being held in response to the French government’s social policies.
Further travel disruption across France is possible as rail unions are also preparing a strike call for the same day. Passengers are advised to contact their travel providers to confirm their itinerary well in advance of Tuesday’s strike.
