In a statement released yesterday, Air France-KLM announced that a group of pilots working for their low-cost subsidiary, Transavia, have called for a three-day strike.
According to the company, the pilots have said that the strike will start at 2301 GMT on the 23rd December and end on the 26th at 2259 GMT.
Transavia France said that the pilots’ demands are known and part of the general talks that are starting but declined to offer further details as to the reason for the strike.
It is not known how many pilots will be striking but a spokesperson for Transavia France told Reuters that the number of flights affected will be known tomorrow.
