Flights cancelled at London airports due to freezing fog.

Following The Met Office’s severe weather warning for London and the south-east of England over 100 flights have been cancelled this morning at London Heathrow.

London City and London Gatwick airports also had to cancel flights this morning, with others being delayed.

Travellers are being warned there could be delays to others throughout the morning and passengers should check with their airlines for more details.

There have been no cancellations at Stansted Airport but passengers due to travel should check with their airlines for the latest information and allow enough time to get to the airport.
