Virgin Atlantic move to North terminal at Gatwick Airport

From 25 January 2017, Virgin Atlantic will have a new home at Gatwick. As part of the wider changes happening at the airport, VA is moving all its operations from the South to North terminal.

The new VA check in area on the second floor will have more kiosks to help speed up check in and bag drop.

VA are building a brand-new Clubhouse and for customers arriving in a VA, chauffeur-driven cars, Upper Class drop off is right outside the check in area.

Gatwick Airport has added more security lanes in the North terminal and invested in better technology to halve the amount of time it takes to pass through security.

Once customers get to the other side, they’ll be greeted by a range of new shops and restaurants such as Jo Malone, Ted Baker, Harrods, Comptoir Libanais and Jamie’s Italian.
