RMT trade union members who work for Virgin Trains East Coast are planning industrial action on Monday 3 October 2016 .
VTEC would like to reassure travellers that they will be running a normal timetable during the industrial action, so customers will be able to make their booked journey with Virgin Trains along the east coast as planned.
Ticket terms and conditions remain the same.
