Unions representing Italian air traffic controllers, pilots and cabin crew have announced a series of strikes to take place 22-23 Sep 2016.
Alitalia pilots and cabin crew based in Milan Linate, Milan Malpensa and Rome Fiumicino are expected to go on strike from 00:01am until 11:59pm, local time.
Meridiana pilots and cabin crew will also strike from 00:01am until 11:59pm the same day, while Air Italy workers will stage a four-hour national strike from 1pm.
Techno Sky employees of Techno Sky will go on strike from 10am until 6pm, local time, 23 Sep.
Travellers should check the status of their flight before departure.
