London Underground Piccadilly Line strike 11-14 July

A strike over working conditions is due to take place on London Underground’s Piccadilly Line from Wednesday 11th to Saturday 14th July.

According to the Rail, Maritime & Transport Union, the dispute results from  London Underground’s failure to employ sufficient drivers, as well as ongoing problems with the ageing Piccadilly Line fleet.

Those planning to travel in London on these days are advised to plan alternative routes in advance to avoid the Piccadilly Line.
