EuroControl has reported that security personnel at El Prat Airport will launch short-term strikes three days each week beginning tomorrow, Friday 4th August.
The strikes will take place on Fridays, Sundays, and Mondays with the following time schedule:
3.30 – 4.30am, 8.30 – 9.30am, 2.30 – 3.30pm, and 4.30 – 5.30pm (UTC)
The impact of the industrial action on flight schedules in not yet known. Passengers are advised to contact carriers in advance to confirm the status of individual flights.
